The purpose of this form is to check the AVAILABILITY of the New City pastors and/or facilities.

At New City, we take marriage (and weddings, therefore) seriously. Each of the New City Pastors, as representatives of the Lord Jesus Christ, accepts responsibility for the marriages which they perform, therefore we must stress the following:

1. Facility availability does not guarantee that your wedding will be performed at New City.

2. Facility availability does not guarantee that a New City pastor will officiate your wedding.

3. You should not order your wedding invitations until you have met with a New City pastor and he has confirmed that he will perform your wedding.

4. You should not order your wedding invitations until you have met with the New City facility staff and you have completed the necessary "Facility Use Forms" (this form not included).
